I have a question, Why in your website you said Yeshua , l understand is Yahweh The Father Name and the Son Name is Yahshua both have the same first 3 letters Why Yeshua? It doesn’t point to the Father all What l know by listening YRM.org They said is Yahshua because he was a Jewish with culture Jewish and Spoke Hebrew . Thank you.
We at Southern California Shabbat Fellowships have taken the stance that we are not going to insist on any one pronunciation of the names for the Father and the Son. There are many different conclusions people have reached in our Torah Observant Messianic faith as to how to pronounce the names. Please see our beliefs page under the title “Beliefs we do not take sides on”.
My personal understanding of the names for the Father and the Son are Yehovah and Yehoshua respectively with the shortened version of the Son’s name being Yeshua. There is not a Hebrew text anywhere that will have a Hebrew name spelled Yahshua, but there is Yehoshua and Yeshua. That among other reasons is why I believe those are the correct names. But I do not disparage others who might come to a different conclusion. My mission is to bring believers together not to separate them over these kinds of things.
Thank you for your question and I hope that is a satisfactory answer.
